Can my account be terminated? And if so, for what reasons?
Yes, we reserve the right to terminate any account at any time. This is a safety measure in our TOS.

The only reason your account would be terminated out of the blue is repetitive failures to make payment, abuse, or failures to comply with our TOS.

If I have a question about my account, who should I contact?
We suggest you contact the support department.

Is it possible to make changes to my account, i.e. my e-mail address, my password, etc?
Yes, all of these can be easily added, edited, deleted, etc from the control panel, which you recieve your very own with any account you purchase from us.

If I exceed my bandwidth, e-mail, or hard drive space quotas, what happens to my account?
If you exceed your bandwidth, your website will display an error. This is done to prevent users from using extra and not wanting to pay for it. Only your website is affected by this, email is not.

If you go over your email quota, you should recieve a message from the control panel. The default quota level is 10 mbs, which is very high. This can be adjust by you at any time if you think you'll need more.

If you go over your disk space quota you'll simply not be able to add any new files or anything to your account, but it will work properly.

Is there any way that unauthorized personnel could gain access to my vital information?
Unfortunantly, yes. Nothing is 100% secure and online hackers are everywhere.

Everything that is important such as passwords are encrypted. Even if a hacker got in, they could get nothing more than they could find in your local phone book.

We take security very seriously, and do not slack in that area, but everyone must understand that it can happen to anyone, anytime.

Is my account information, such as my name, address, or phone number distributed to third-party groups and/or institutes?
No, it is not. We do not trade, sell, or give out customer informations. This would be a violation of our own privacy policy.

The only time your information will be made public is when people read our forums and if you reply or on our testimonial page if you've submitted one. Those are both your choice though.

Who has access to my vital information?
Most of our staff have access to it as it may be needed. For example, if a tech needs to contact you, or billing, they might have to call you.
