 What methods do you accept for billing of services?

Currently we accept Credit Card, Money Order, Check, and PayPal.
We plan to add support for wire transfers and debit cards at a later time. |

| Do you have yearly, bi-yearly, or any kind of "lump sum" payment options?

Yes, although we encourage new customers not to pay longer than quarterly (three months) to start with.
After that, when you feel confident in our services, we'll gladly accept a bi-yearly or yearly payment from you. In fact, we offer discounts on those kind of pre-pays. |

| Are payments expected at the beginning of the month, the end of the month, or somewhere in between?

Currently billing starts one month after the date of your inital signup.
Eventually, we will centralize this to the 15th of the month. |

| Are you a verified business member of PayPal.com?

| Yes, we are. You can verify that by putting payments@darktides.net in to their verification system to check. |

| Is there a grace period after the due-date of payment, when my services will still be available?
|
We allow clients until midnight on their due date to make payment or their account will be suspended. They then have one full week to make payment before their account is terminated.
Failure to pay on time results in a late fee of $5.99. Multiple late fees are subjected to a $2.99 additional fee per incident. |
